Coxing At Nines
Coxes at Nines are fully integrated into our rowing squad structure, from high-intensity training to casual rowing. For those looking to progress with their coxing, we operate a transparent allocation system that is based on skill, experience and availability, with many opportunities to move between crews/squads. Most importantly, coxes at Nines receive regular coaching through one-on-one sessions, recording feedback, group training, and taught seminars, to ensure excellence in coxing at all levels. In addition to our internal training programme, Nines is also proud to host Cambridge's central cox-training hub, offering cox-coaching support to both town and college clubs. To support our cox-training, Nines will be opening our new dedicated cox facilities this summer.
If you would like to join Nines as a cox, please get in touch with our Cox Captain at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our membership team.
